LOUD Apparel focuses on helping young and upcoming artists from every culture with different views on art. Our brand would love for new artists and designers to reach out to us to collaborate and sell the collaborated collection with LOUD Apparel.

On our home page, we have a section that allows consumers or clients to send enquiries about the brand, products or collaborations. This would be your first step when reaching out to work with us. All you need to do is enter your name or company name and request a meeting with us and provide a brief background on yourself and your future goals as an artist/designer. We would then review your enquiry and get back to you within 48hr.

After our team has reviewed the enquiry we would then send out an email requesting to meet in person or over a zoom call as to COVID-19 Safety Regulations, we want nothing but for our clients to be comfortable. Throughout this meeting, we would then interview the client which would be recorded and then published to our customers when the collection goes live on our website. We are a transparent brand therefore it is required. Before the interview is conducted we prepare our clients by reviewing the set questions and we guide and inform them of the process and set up.

After the interview stage, we start the process of the designs and merchandise. LOUD Apparel would have our clients with a small range that includes sweat sets, hoodies, boxy t-shirts and sweat shorts. Throughout the design process, our client would be able to modify the selected range in any which way possible. These designs can be graphic or in writing, it merely depends on the clients' direction or vision for the collection.

When the collection is finalised and created, it is then reviewed and ready for branding and ready to order. With the release of a specific collection, the team and the client would discuss the number of items that would then be produced but after the release date, LOUD Apparel returns to its normal production rate.

LOUD Apparel makes use of slow fashion, we do not produce in bulk we produce upon request. We will provide an estimated time of arrival as we know the production time of each item which means packages may take longer than the usual clothing companies who produce and sell in big quantities.

After production and release, we will provide a short documentary film on the story of the artist/designer, the story of the collection and the processes.

Every phase would be documented, if the artist prefer to stay anonymous it would be respected and applied.

Some of the profits made will then be donated to the artists/designer as funding towards their profession.
